Cranio Sacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a deeply subtle yet profoundly transformative healing modality that works with the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for self-healing. Through light, gentle touch, CST facilitates the release of tension in the central nervous system, promoting physical and emotional well-being.
At its core, CST taps into the rhythmic flow of cerebrospinal fluid, which bathes the brain and spinal cord. This rhythm serves as an indicator of the body’s overall health, and any restrictions in this flow can manifest as pain, dysfunction, or dis-ease. By gently listening to the body and engaging with this natural rhythm, CST encourages the body to unwind, release tension, and return to its state of optimal balance.
As a trauma-informed practitioner, I create a safe and supportive space for this work. Whether you are looking for relief from chronic pain, seeking emotional healing, or desiring deeper alignment with your body, CST offers a gentle path toward physical and energetic restoration.

Frequency of Appointments

For many, the healing journey with CST unfolds over time. Initially, people often schedule sessions closer together to address acute symptoms and find and restore emotional balance. As balance is restored, appointments can be spaced out to monthly or even seasonally, depending on your individual needs. Consistency is key, especially when pairing CST with microdosing, as the gentle unfolding process requires time and integration between sessions.
SomatoEmotional Release (SER) builds upon Craniosacral Therapy by delving into the emotional aspects of tension held in the body. It recognizes that our bodies store memories, emotions, and traumas that have not yet been processed. Through the same gentle touch and deep listening, SER supports the release of emotional energy trapped in the tissues of the body, allowing for deeper healing and integration.
In an SER session, your body may reveal and release long-held emotions that were stored during past experiences. As these emotional patterns are brought to the surface, they can be met with compassion and understanding, creating space for new insights and emotional freedom. This work allows us to release old narratives, traumas, and blockages, freeing up energy for living more fully in the present moment.
Microdosing your session can further deepen this emotional exploration, helping you to process long-held traumas with compassion and awareness. When combined with microdosing, the body may open more fully to subtle shifts, amplifying the release of physical and emotional blockages. This creates a profound opportunity for self-discovery, expanded consciousness, and healing.
This modality invites you into a quiet, sacred space where the body’s wisdom leads the way. It is ideal for those who feel called to a more subtle form of healing, as well as those who wish to integrate physical, emotional, and spiritual healing in a holistic manner. By honoring the body’s intelligence, these therapies help you access deeper layers of yourself, bringing balance, harmony, and greater awareness to your life.
What to Expect in a CST Session
A Craniosacral Therapy session is designed to create a peaceful, safe environment where your body can deeply relax and begin its healing process. Sessions typically last about 90 minutes including time before and after you get on the table to ground and discuss your current state of being.
ARRIVAL
When you arrive, we will take a few moments to discuss any areas of focus, intentions, or concerns you may have. You will have your cup of microdosing tea during this time. You’ll then be invited to lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table.
THE THERAPY PROCESS
Using a light, gentle touch—often no heavier than the weight of a nickel—I will place my hands on different parts of your body, such as your head, neck, spine, or sacrum (lower back). The goal is to listen to the subtle rhythms of your body, particularly the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, and to release any restrictions or blockages that may be causing physical or emotional tension.
You may notice sensations like warmth, tingling, or a gentle pulsation as your body responds to the therapy. Some people feel deeply relaxed or even enter a meditative state, while others may become aware of emotions or memories rising to the surface as their body releases stored tension. Every session is unique, and your body’s wisdom will guide the process.
OPTIONAL
MICRODOSING
If you choose to incorporate microdosing into your session, a small, sub-perceptual dose of psilocybin can be taken prior to the start of the session. Microdosing can enhance your connection to your body, expand your awareness, and help you access deeper layers of emotional and spiritual insight. The microdose is not meant to be overwhelming; instead, it supports a more embodied and intuitive experience during the therapy. You will be able to drive after your appointment.
AFTER THE
SESSION
Once the session concludes, we’ll take a few moments to ground and reflect on the experience. You may feel a sense of lightness, calm, or emotional release. In some cases, people report feeling more clarity or a deep sense of peace. It’s important to give yourself time to integrate after the session, so it’s recommended to avoid rushing back into your day.
